November 3, 2017
Mexia, TX – Parkview Regional Hospital announces several new members who have arrived on the medical staff since July 2017. Dr. Anthony Cubb, Dr. Don Jackson, Jr, Dr. Tim Allen, and Steve Rossiaky, NP all arrived at Parkview throughout the summer and are changing the face of health care in the community. They are experienced physicians and mid-level providers with a dedication to providing quality care to their patients and their families.
“We have been very busy this year at Parkview Regional Hospital,” said Austin Wratchford, Chief Operating Officer at Parkview. “The focus at Parkview remains to provide quality care to each of our patients with compassion. We have some exciting developments so far in 2017 and we’re proud of where Parkview Regional Hospital is headed, especially in growing our medical staff.”
Three new physicians recently joined the PRH medical staff. Dr. Anthony Cubb joined Parkview this year as the dedicated hospitalist. Dr. Cubb is an experienced internal medicine physician, pulmonologist, and critical care specialist. He is committed to working with our local medical staff by caring for patients while they are in the hospital and providing quality care throughout their hospital stay.
Dr. Don Jackson, Jr., general surgeon, joined the medical staff in August. Dr. Jackson performs general surgery procedures such as minimally invasive abdominal procedures, advanced laparoscopic procedures, hernia repair, breast biopsy, hemorrhoid surgery and more. “Dr. Jackson’s patients have outstanding things to say about the quality of care he provides his patients. We are excited about Dr. Jackson’s future in our community,” Wratchford said.
Dr. Tim Allen, internal medicine physician, also joined the medical staff in August. Dr. Allen sees patients dealing with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD, thyroid disorders, colds/flu, and urinary tract infections, to name just a few. “You might remember Dr. Allen from when he practiced in Mexia a few years ago. He’s back and excited to be part of the new vision of health care at Parkview,” added Wratchford.
Steve Rossiaky is a Family Nurse Practitioner who is from Streetman, Texas and has joined the Parkview Medical Clinic. He sees primary care patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Steve comes to Parkview with many years of experience.
