My Parkview Story - Darinda Howard

Darinda Howard - Darinda is a full-time postal carrier in the Mexia area and is very well-known by many residents.  Our orthopedic surgeon performed a double knee replacement on Darinda.  He told her that “if you do what I tell you to do you’ll walk again.” Given her occupation of walking every day from house to house to deliver mail, her ability to walk was very important to her and her family.  Without the ability to walk, she could no longer work.  Darinda recommends Parkview's orthopedic surgery team to everyone now.  Parkview’s surgical team gave Darinda her livelihood and life back.  “They work like new,” she said, referring to both of her knees.
